EWA is an award-winning multidisciplinary design studio located in Hong Kong. Our work focuses on concept design and development for products, architecture, interiors, and graphic arts.
Our philosophy to design integrates the tools, techniques and lessons of micro design (product) with macro design (architecture). We approach architecture as product design, and view product design as a form of micro-architectural exercise.
We believe in devising innovative solutions for clients while pushing the boundaries of experimentation.
People
Eric Wang graduated from the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Architecture & Landscape Design in 2002. Over the past 17 years he has honed his skills as a designer both on large-scale commercial architectural projects to small-scale industrial design. He established Eric Wang & Associates in 2016 in Hong Kong after moving to Asia. Eric has served as an advisor and studio professor at various design schools through North America and Asia and is also an accredited Rhino3D instructor.
He is a three time recipient of the coveted Red Dot Award for his industrial design work and has been featured in various international publications.
